Kamil Khan

Kamil Khan is an Associate Professor of Chemical Engineering at McMaster University, where Kamil has been since 2017, also having served as an Assistant Professor in the same department. Prior to this, Kamil was a Director's Postdoctoral Fellow in the Mathematics and Computer Science Division at Argonne National Laboratory from 2015 to 2016, focusing on optimizing process systems with nonconvex or nonsmooth behavior. Kamil's educational background includes a PhD and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering Practice from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed between 2009 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with Highest Honors from Princeton University, attained in 2009, along with a Certificate in Engineering Physics.
