Rong Zheng

Rong Zheng is a Professor at McMaster University, serving since January 2013, and has held the title of Associate Professor. Previously, Rong Zheng worked at the University of Houston from September 2004 to January 2013 as an Assistant/Associate Professor. Additional experience includes a position as a Visiting Research Scientist at Microsoft from February 2012 to May 2012 and serving as a Visiting Associate Professor at Hong Kong Polytechnic University from August 2011 to January 2012. Rong Zheng earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2000 and 2004, and also studied Electrical Engineering at The Ohio State University from 1998 to 2000. The educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Electronics from Tsinghua University, completed from 1991 to 1996, and earlier education in Tianshui from 1985 to 1991.
