Stuart Barber, AIA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of architecture. Starting in 1999, they worked as an Architectural Intern at Batson Associates, Inc. for three months. In 2002, they joined McMillan, Smith & Partners as an Intern Architect for a year. In 2004, Stuart worked as an Intern Architect at Coast Architects for eight months before joining Goff D'Antonio Associates in 2005 as a Project Architect. Stuart worked for Goff D'Antonio Associates for seven years until 2012. Since 2012, Stuart has been employed at McMillan Pazdan Smith as the Director of Senior Living and then as a Principal from 2016 onwards.
Stuart Barber, AIA, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Design from Clemson University. Stuart also has a Master of Architecture (MArch) from the same institution. Stuart Barber has received various certifications including GA Registration in 2016, NC Registration in 2013, Riley Institute at Furman's Diversity Leaders Initiative in 2012, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards Certification (NCARB) in 2008, SC Registration in 2008, LEED AP from the U.S. Green Building Council in 2006, and AIA membership from The American Institute of Architects in 2005.
