Bonnie Mooney

Bonnie Mooney currently serves as the Head of Design & VOC at McMillan Shakespeare, overseeing customer experience, user experience, user interface, graphic design, service design, and voice of customer initiatives across multiple companies within the MMS group. Bonnie also holds the position of Secretary on the Board of Directors for Little Sparklers, an Australian charity dedicated to supporting families and young children. Previous experience includes roles such as Design Practice Manager and Customer Experience Designer at National Australia Bank, along with various academic positions as a guest lecturer and industry partner at institutions such as RMIT University and Torrens University Australia. Bonnie holds a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University, completed between 2015 and 2018.
