Chris Lawson has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Chris began their career at Orica, where they held multiple roles focused on business process improvement and project implementation. Chris then worked at GE Capital as a Financial Operations Manager and later as a Marketing & Strategic Sales Manager, where they led new initiatives and applied Lean methodology. Lawson then joined Global Reviews as the General Manager Operations, overseeing operational teams and technology platforms. Currently, they are working at McMillan Shakespeare (MMSG), where they have held several roles, including Head of Strategic Projects Office, Head of Program Governance, Program Director and Transformation Lead, Head of Business Systems (ICT PMO), and Program Manager (ICT PMO). In these roles, they were responsible for aligning strategies, leading digital initiatives, and providing guidance on systems-related issues.
