Denise loves building products that customers love. She’s a seasoned digital professional with over 15 years of experience in product management, digital strategy and marketing, CX, platform transformation and agile ways of working across financial services, media and telecoms. Having worked at CommBank, Singtel Optus, Qantas and LexisNexis, she takes a customer-led approach, her previous roles have given her full accountability across product P&L, sales and service, digital analytics and software partner management.

She is an empowering and influential leader with a track record of leading large teams of up to 195 individuals towards achieving exceptional results in a timely manner. Denise holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree, majoring in Accounting and Marketing, and an Executive MBA degree from UNSW.
