Carol Lyons

Carol Lyons is a retired partner at McMillan LLP, where experience includes a focus on corporate and commercial law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, as well as the insurance and health care sectors. Carol Lyons has been with McMillan LLP since 1994, contributing significantly after its merger with Lang Michener LLP. Prior to this, Carol Lyons worked as an associate at Lang Michener LLP from 1989 to 1994 and completed an articling position at Lang Michener Cranston Farquharson & Wright in 1987-1988. Academic qualifications include a JD from the University of Toronto Law School and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto, complemented by the Bar Admission Course from the Law Society of Upper Canada.
