Alicia Ernest is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction management and facility security. Currently serving as a Facility Security Officer at McMillen since February 2021, Alicia has also held the position of Vice President - Construction at the John William Jackson Fund since September 2008. Prior experience includes roles as Program Administrator and Facility Security Officer, as well as Assistant Project Manager at Engineered Structures, Inc., and Project Manager at Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company. Alicia began their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Hunzinger Construction. A graduate of Milwaukee School of Engineering, Alicia earned a B.S. in Architectural Engineering with a Structural Emphasis from 1996 to 2000.
