Kevin Learn

Kevin Learn is an experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record in HR leadership spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for MCM WORLDWIDE in the Americas since January 2021, Kevin previously held the position of Senior HRBP at Lacoste, where responsibilities included overseeing retail HR operations across the United States. Prior to Lacoste, Kevin was the Director of Human Resources at Macy's, managing a large district with significant revenue and numerous retail locations, leading a team to foster HR excellence for over 4,500 employees. Kevin's expertise encompasses talent management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational development, supported by a BA in Human Resources from Keystone College.
