Robert Slattery

Robert Slattery is a highly experienced attorney with over 35 years in civil litigation as a partner at McNamara Law Firm since 1979, where Robert has participated in 60 Superior Court jury trials. Previously, Robert served as a deputy district attorney at Contra Costa County District Attorney from 1975 to 1979, gaining substantial trial experience with over 120 criminal jury trials, including 30 in Superior Court. Robert's early career included a role as an associate at Feeney & Sparks and military service in both the United States Air Force Reserve and the United States Army Reserve. Robert earned a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, following a Bachelor’s degree in Government from the University of San Francisco.
