Seeking further education, Donald then enrolled at Cleveland State University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance. Donald completed their MBA program in 1991. Later in their career, in 2008, they attended the Executive Institute at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, focusing on General Management. This program concluded in 2009, contributing to the breadth of their educational qualifications.
