Lauren Blakely

Lauren Blakely is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in patent litigation and intellectual property law. Currently serving as an Associate at McNeill PLLC since October 2020, Lauren has previously held the position of Senior Associate at WilmerHale from October 2015 to October 2020, where representation included innovative pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in various BPCIA and ANDA matters. Key achievements include leading prosecution of biotechnology and design patent applications, conducting pre-litigation analyses, and successfully defending patent validity in high-stakes hearings. Lauren's legal career also includes roles as a Summer Associate at WilmerHale and a Legal Clerk at the USDA Office of the General Counsel. Lauren holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a B.S. in Microbiology from Clemson University.
