Scott Etter

Scott Etter has extensive experience in environmental health and safety, facilities management, and manufacturing engineering. Scott is currently serving as the Director of Environmental Health and Safety at McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc., where they lead teams for operational excellence in safety, security, and environmental compliance across 19 locations. Prior to this role, they held various positions at JLG Industries, including Director of Facilities and Environmental Compliance, Senior Manager of Environmental, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. At Gradall Industries, Inc., they worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Facilities Manager. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, developing and implementing environmental management systems, process improvements, and project management.

Scott Etter has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Kent State University. Scott also holds Associate's Degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Scott has obtained certifications in Threat Assessment Academy from Gavin de Becker & Associates in October 2022 and A.L.IC.E Instructor Workplace Violence and Intruder from ALICE Training in March 2016.
