Eric Berry

Associate Creative Director at MCP

Eric Berry has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Eric began their career as a Freelance worker at Berry Visual in 2010, where they provided creative services. In 2012, they interned as a Web Design Intern at SWConnect and gained experience in designing web pages and graphics. Eric then worked as a Production Assistant at the University of Minnesota's School of Public Health in 2010-2011, where they edited and coordinated videos for online courses.

In 2013-2014, Eric served as a Graphic Designer for The Wake Student Magazine, responsible for designing the layout of the student-run magazine. Eric then worked as a Screen Printer at Oh Baby! from 2014 to 2015, where they created hand screen-printed children's clothing.

In 2015, Eric worked as a Lab Assistant at the University of Minnesota, involved in the Tomato Breeding Program and Chinese Medicinal Herbs course, assisting with seeding, transplanting, growing, and data collection of crops. Simultaneously during this period, they also worked at Sustane Natural Fertilizer, Inc. as a Graphic Designer, providing marketing and technical services, designing marketing materials and managing a research greenhouse.

From 2016 to the present, Eric has been associated with Mountain Capital Partners, starting as a Designer & Videographer before assuming the role of Associate Creative Director in 2019.

Eric Berry attended the University of Minnesota from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design. In 2012 and 2013, they also studied at Fort Lewis College. Prior to their college education, they attended Minnetonka High School.
