Tony Punzalan P.e.

Tony Punzalan, P.E. is an experienced electrical engineer with a robust background in various roles across the industry. Currently serving on the NEC Code-Making Panel 13 for NFPA since August 2019, Tony oversees specific articles related to the National Electrical Code. Additionally, Tony has been a Senior Electrical Engineer at McPhee Electric, Ltd. since October 2012 and previously held a similar position at van Zelm Heywood & Shadford, Inc. for 15 years. Early career experience includes roles as a CAD Draftsman and Designer at Ni Design and Vinick Associates, as well as an internship as an Electrical Engineer at Otis Elevators. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Circuits and Instrumentation from the University of Connecticut, obtained between 1986 and 1991.
