Lisa Sheehan

Lisa has nearly 30 years of experience in Human Resources, leading the HR function for multiple businesses across the globe, the first when she was just 27 years old. Her experience spans businesses of all sizes and categories, from ASX-listed leaders through to start-ups and not-for-profits. In addition, Lisa has won numerous awards and gained the recognition of her peers for her work. She was appointed McPherson’s Chief People Officer in July 2022 and leans on her years of experience as a Human Resources professional to bring a forward-thinking and people-centric approach to the employee experience.
