Previously, Danielle served as an Analytical Lab Technician at Commonwealth Alternative Care, where responsibilities included sample preparation and equipment maintenance, specifically with HPLC and GC-MS systems. Danielle also held the role of Patient Service Advocate, ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service. Danielle's career began at Mia Regazza, where a progression from bus girl to waitress demonstrated strong customer engagement skills. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Salem State University, earned from 2013 to 2017.
