Chris Neubauer

Christopher Neubauer serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of Corporate Operations. In this role, Mr. Neubauer has oversight over domestic and global business operations including human capital, cybersecurity information technology, security, ethics and compliance, and leased asset management. Mr. Neubauer is also responsible for corporate retirement plan management, corporate entity structure, and legal and insurance matters. In addition, Mr. Neubauer is also responsible for corporate process improvement initiatives including MCR’s current CMMI Level 3 accreditation and ISO 9001:2008 certification. ​ Mr. Neubauer joined MCR in 1995. During his 23 year tenure at MCR, he has also served in a number of positions including the senior executive responsible for human resources, corporate retirement plan management, and legal and insurance matters. Mr. Neubauer is also a part of the executive integration team with mergers and acquisitions. ​ Mr. Neubauer graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
