Steven Hilding

Steven Hilding's work experience begins in 2016 as a Field Organizer for Donald Trump's presidential campaign. In 2018, they worked for the Republican Party of Sarasota as their Vote-by-Mail Director and later as a Volunteer Outreach Coordinator for Ron DeSantis's gubernatorial campaign. Steven became a Deputy Campaign Manager for Nicole Akins-Boyd's Senate campaign in 2019 and a Deputy Regional Director for Trump Victory in 2020. In the same year, they also worked as a Field Staffer for the Republican National Committee and as the President of Hilding Consulting Group, L.L.C. In 2021, they joined McShane LLC as a Strategy Intern, Fundraising Associate, Operations Coordinator, Director of Operations, and currently as Vice President, overseeing the company's internal operations and production staff.

Steven Hilding received their high school diploma from Pine View School in 2017. Steven then attended the University of Mississippi from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History.
