Charles D Rogers

Charles D. Rogers has extensive experience in the engineering and construction field, currently serving as an RPR Inspector at Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering, Inc. since December 2021, and as a Construction Inspector at GAI Consultants, Inc. since June 2019.
