John McGovern

John McGovern, currently working as an Estimator/Project Manager at Minichi Inc, joined the company's new Guide Rail Division. With experience as a TCI-2 and recently promoted to QA/QC Manager at McTish, Kunkel & Associates for PennDot District 4-0, John holds an Associate's degree in Architectural Engineering from Luzerne County Community College.
