Steve Gibson

Steve Gibson is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in both project management and planning. Currently serving as the Director of Planning and County Engineer for Clinton County since October 2022, Steve previously held the position of Senior Engineer/Project Manager at McTish, Kunkel & Associates, starting in February 2010. Steve's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University (1989-1994) and post-graduate studies in Geotechnical Engineering at the University of Maryland (1997-1999).
