Bence Barna

Bence Barna has a diverse work experience in the field of chemistry and research. Bence started their career as a Trainee at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Research Centre for Natural Sciences in 2017, where they gained valuable experience in synthetic and computational chemistry projects. Bence then pursued an internship as an Erasmus+ Intern at the Universitat de Barcelona in 2018, focusing on the synthesis of organic molecules.

In the same year, they joined IQVIA as a Regulatory and Start-up Specialist, performing tasks related to clinical research activities. Bence also worked as a Research Assistant at Servier from 2019 to 2020, where they accomplished research goals in enzymatic chemistry and conducted sample analysis using various techniques.

Currently, Bence is working at Mcule as a Custom Solutions Engineer, contributing to the development of compound sourcing solutions for pharmaceutical companies. Bence is also involved in Mcule's Ultimate project, which aims to create a vast library of novel and purchasable compounds.

Throughout their work experience, Bence has demonstrated their expertise in chemistry, research, and regulatory compliance.

Bence Barna completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biochemical Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2014 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in the same field at the same university from 2020 to 2022.
