Tasnima Tayb

Tasnima Tayb is a proactive medical student at Dubai Medical College for Girls, expected to graduate with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in October 2025. Tasnima serves as a Medical Intern at Dubai Health since August 2024 and is actively involved in various organizations, including the International Association of Student Surgical Societies and the Emirates Medical Association. As the Founder of The Blue Safety Net Initiative, Tasnima champions healthcare access for low-wage migrant workers in the UAE, reflecting a strong commitment to community and public health. In addition, Tasnima holds the position of MCW Youth Fellow, awarded a competitive selection for leadership training in New York, while also contributing as a Blood Donation Ambassador with Dubai Health Authority since 2018. Other roles include participating in abstracts and presenting at notable conferences, serving in leadership positions within medical associations, and engaging in educational initiatives.
