Head of Operations / Consultant at MD Ally

Carole Simitz has been in the healthcare industry since 1996. Carole began their career at Paradigm as a Field Administrator and was later promoted to Customer Relations Manager. In 2000, they joined East Bay Sports Medicine as Chief Operating Officer / Practice Administrator, where they were responsible for recruiting and directly supervising all staff and managing daily activities and operations. In 2014, they became the Director of Operations at RecoveryOne, formerly Trainer Rx, Inc., and contributed to the establishment of the company. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Northern California Site Manager at RadNet, where they managed Diagnostic Imaging Centers providing outpatient services including Computerized Tomography, Bone Density, Fluoroscopy, Mammography, MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray and Ultrasound Guided Biopsies. In 2021, they began working as a Healthcare Consultant at a startup in Stealth Mode and as Head of Operations / Consultant at MD Ally | Public Safety Telehealth.

Carole Simitz attended the University of California, Berkeley. Carole obtained their Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) - CPR/AED/First Aid - Adult/Child/Infant certification from CPR Select in November 2022. Carole also obtained their Certified Specialist Physician Practice Management - CSPPM certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in November 2022. In December 2019, Carole Simitz obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Level II from the Management & Strategy Institute and their Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute.
