Michael Mayerhofer

Michael Mayerhofer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business leadership, innovation, and marketing. Currently serving as an Innovation Consultant at MD ELEKTRONIK Group since January 2024, Michael previously co-founded inio-light.com, providing human-centric lighting solutions, and inio under New Ventures, focusing on business alignment and growth. With a robust foundation in innovation strategy, Michael has held roles such as Innovation Architect and Project Lead for the REHAU group, and Brand Specialist at Amazon, managing strategic vendor relationships. Michael's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from co-founding AERIA Multicopter Solutions in the drone industry, alongside involvement in various startups and internships at reputable organizations, including The Walt Disney Company. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable Marketing and Leadership from Hochschule Fresenius and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Psychology from Hochschule Osnabrück and University of Gävle.
