Vivek Rao is an accomplished product innovation consultant and executive leader with extensive experience in the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Product Innovation Consultant at Solutions by Text since December 2022, Vivek plays a pivotal role in leading the turnaround of a major enterprise migration, successfully migrating over 200 clients and generating substantial upsell opportunities. Prior to this, Vivek advised tech startups on scaling and growth strategies during a sabbatical period while also holding a senior vice president position at Solutions by Text for six years, overseeing a revenue-generating SaaS platform. With substantial experience in product management and strategy across notable companies including Elevate, Sabre Corporation, Yahoo!, and American Airlines, Vivek combines a strong technical background with an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS from UC Santa Barbara.
