Kathryn Cloyd

Kathryn "KC" Cloyd serves as the Vice President of Operations at MD Energy Advisors, overseeing daily operations, finance, accounting, human resources, and vendor management while strategizing for long-term growth. Previously, Kathryn held several key leadership roles at Exelon, including Vice President of Commercial Credit, where a team of 20 managed a credit exposure of $7 billion, and Director of Retail Credit, leading a retail credit team. Other significant positions at Exelon included Chief of Staff for the CEO and various director-level roles in Financial Planning & Analysis and Internal Audit. Kathryn’s early career includes financial roles at Corning Incorporated, American Aircarriers Support Inc., ESPN Regional Television, and DDB, along with public accounting experience at Deloitte. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
