Peter Atkins

Peter Atkins has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2017 with an internship at Dalian HAOSENREAD Equipment Manufacture Co. Ltd. in Dalian, China. During this time, they collaborated with employees in both the Business Department and the Project Management Department, helping with the transition to North America. Peter also developed their public speaking skills by hosting a weekly lecture on American culture and business practices.

In 2018, Atkins interned at Johnson & Johnson, where they were responsible for process mapping all packaging and manufacturing areas, identifying and quantifying raw material waste streams, and creating best practice playbooks for the handling, storage, and transportation of hazardous and nonhazardous chemicals.

Atkins then joined Amazon in 2019 as an Area Manager I, later becoming an Area Manager II for Amazon Prime Now. In this role, they were responsible for effectively managing up to 900 direct reports and over $800,000 of weekly sales at multiple Whole Foods Market locations, as well as overseeing end-to-end business operations.

Atkins most recently began a role as an Operations Specialist at MD Revolution in 2021.

Peter Atkins has a comprehensive educational background. Peter began their studies in 2016, when they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics and Management. In 2019, they completed a series of master's classes in Environmental Economics at Wageningen University & Research. Peter is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management, which they are expected to complete in 2025.
