Gene Vetter

Global HR Director at MD&A

Gene Vetter started their work experience in 2003 as an HR/EHS Manager at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies. Gene then moved on to work as an HR Leader at International Paper Company from 2004 to 2006. In 2005, they became a Human Resources Manager at Momentive Performance Materials (formerly GE Advanced Materials) until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, Gene worked at Momentive Performance Materials as a Senior HR Leader in the BASICS sector and later as the North American Distribution Program Leader. In 2017, they joined MD&A as the Global HR Director, responsible for all aspects of HR on a global platform. Currently, Gene is the President of Mohawk Labor Services, an MD&A Company, providing labor and logistics resources for turbine and generator rebuild and repair.

Gene Vetter's education history begins in 1994 when they attended the State University of New York College at Potsdam. Gene pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and completed their studies in 1996.

Following their undergraduate studies, Gene went on to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1996 to 1998. Here, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Relations.

In 2004, Gene enrolled at Albany Law School and completed their studies in 2009. During this period, they focused on labor law and earned a Master's degree.

Overall, Gene's education journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Master's degree in Labor Law from Albany Law School.
