Shawn Jones has over 30 years of experience in talent management consulting and project management. At MDA Leadership Consulting, Shawn is the Key Account Implementation Manager, leading significant client engagements and providing project management support. Previously, Shawn worked as a Consultant in customer service at Vail Resorts. Shawn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
