Dr Richard Magtengaard

Dr Richard Magtengaard currently serves as Managing Director at Resolute - for those who serve, a pioneering service in Australia focused on integrating high-quality clinical services for military personnel and their families. In addition, Dr Magtengaard is an active member of the Open Arms National Advisory Committee, providing independent advice on mental health counselling for veterans and families. Roles also include Director and Clinical Lead for the ADF, Veteran and First Responder Programme at Bethesda Health Care, Managing Director for the 'For Those Who Serve' Group Therapy Programme, and Director of Operations at Sentien TMS Clinics, where advanced neuro-navigated TMS therapy is offered. Dr Magtengaard contributes to MDA National’s Professional Support Service and serves on the Clinical Advisory Board for Chronic Care Australia. As a Clinical Ambassador for Emyria, innovative solutions for unsolved medical problems are explored. Dr Magtengaard holds a postgraduate bachelor in Medicine and Physical Sciences from the University of Adelaide.
