Denise Dettore

Denise Dettore is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at MDaaS Global, Denise contributes to advancing healthcare in African communities through tech-enabled diagnostic clinics. Prior to this role, Denise held prominent positions at Absci, including Chief People Officer and Advisor, where significant initiatives in employee engagement, DEIB, and total rewards were implemented. Denise also served as Vice President of Global Talent, Culture, and Purpose at BeiGene, where a global people strategy and culture initiatives were developed during a period of rapid growth. Previous roles include leadership positions at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Genentech, and Electronic Arts, among others. Denise's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources/Industrial-Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton.
