Rachael Carmon

Rachael Carmon is a Research Fellow at MDB, Inc., focusing on Environmental, Climate, and Worker Health. Rachael has experience in disaster management, worker training programs, and publication coding. Rachael has also worked at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as an EHS Ambassador, supporting the Environmental Health Solutions Concentration. Additionally, Rachael has experience as a Production Supervisor at Almac Group, and as a Process Engineering Manager at Procter & Gamble. Rachael holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health Solutions from UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, among other degrees and certificates. Rachael is dedicated to improving safety culture, compliance, and efficiency in various industries.
