Kristen J. is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Members Development Company since July 2019, Kristen has also held the role of Director of Strategic Partnerships. Additionally, Kristen is the Founding Principal of WeeBoise, contributing expertise since 2017. Prior experience includes significant roles at CommunityAmerica Credit Union from 2005 to 2017, where Kristen advanced from Director of Retail & Commercial Insurance Services to Director of Business Development & Community Engagement. Kristen holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Organizational Management from the University of Saint Mary.
