David Ross

David Ross is the current General Counsel & EVP of Strategy & Corporate Development at MDC Partners. David has held this position since January 2017. Prior to that, they were the SVP of Corporate Development at MDC Partners from April 2012 to January 2017. David also served as the Associate General Counsel at MDC Partners from April 2010 to April 2012.

Ross is responsible for developing, executing and sustaining the company's strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, operating and partnership agreements, executive employment and long-term incentive planning, and advising on other corporate actions. David has led the negotiation, structuring and completion of more than one hundred transactions, including acquisitions and post-acquisition integration, asset sales, venture investments, capital markets offerings, bank credit facilities and employee incentive compensation plans. Ross has also overseen the sourcing and evaluation of more than one thousand potential M&A and other investment opportunities. In addition, they developed the global implementation plan for the company's financial ERP system.

David Ross received their Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and their BA in Mathematics, Psychology from Williams College.
