Barbara Majerus

Barbara Majerus has a strong background in sales, business development, and consulting. Barbara began their career in 1986 as the VP of Business Development at ADC Telecommunications, where they worked for two decades. In 2008, they founded their own consulting firm, Majerus Consulting Services, and served as the Owner & Consultant for a year. During the same time, they also joined Minnesota Diversified Industries (MDI) as the Vice President of Sales, leading B2B sales, business development, and product management. In 2012, they ended their role as Executive Director of Sales & Business Development at MDI.

Barbara Majerus obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business from the University of St. Thomas. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Leadership, specializing in Organizational Leadership, at Capella University from 2011 to 2014.
