Ben Billings

Ben Billings, MPH, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources and wellness management. Ben currently works at Mount Desert Island Hospital as a Human Resources Manager, Wellness Manager, HR Associate, and Health Coach. Prior to this, Ben worked at The Jackson Laboratory as a Wellness Program Coordinator where Ben successfully implemented a wellness program across multiple states. Ben holds a Master of Public Health from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Colby-Sawyer College.
