Lalit Sharma

Lalit Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the health insurance sector, currently serving as Sr Vice President (SBU Head) at MDIndia Health Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd. since March 2013, overseeing strategic planning, financial and operational management, and customer relationship management. Previously, Lalit held the position of Vice President of Business Development, focusing on fostering long-term relationships with public and private insurance entities. Lalit has also served as General Manager Operations, achieving recognition as "Best Claims Management Officer of the Year - 2018." Prior to MDIndia, Lalit was Assistant General Manager Operations at RAMPgreen Solutions, where leadership encompassed managing a large workforce and driving profitability. Lalit's career begun at Wipro as Group Lead. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an Executive Education Program from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
