Karen Palmer

Karen Palmer has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Karen is currently the Senior Director of Client Success at MDLIVE, where they represent the company in interactions with major health plan clients and is responsible for exceeding sales quotas. Prior to that, they served as a Regional Executive at Optum, where they focused on enhancing the member experience and maintaining client relationships. Karen also has extensive experience in account management and sales, having held positions at New Directions Behavioral Health, ValueOptions, Magellan Health Services, Matria Healthcare/Quality Oncology, and Express Scripts. Throughout their career, they have consistently achieved impressive results, including significant revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and successful contract negotiations.

Karen Palmer earned a Bachelor of Education degree in Counseling and Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1987. Karen then went on to pursue a Master of Education degree in Personnel Administration from the same institution, completing their studies in 1987 as well.
