Keith Bergquist

Keith Bergquist has a strong background in executive leadership and operations. Keith is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at MDLIVE, an Evernorth company. Prior to this role, Keith worked at Cigna where they held various positions including Vice President of Service Operations PMO & Enterprise Print & Distribution Lead, Vice President of Service Operations Solutions & Strategy, and Vice President of Operational Readiness. Before joining Cigna, Keith held positions at The Hartford where they served as Vice President of Personal Lines Operations, AVP of Premium Audit, Director of UW Services and 3rd Party Data Management, and Six Sigma Black Belt.

Keith Bergquist obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, from 2000 to 2003.
