Romina D'Andrea

Romina D'Andrea is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product development, strategy, and insights. Romina currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer at MDLIVE, an Evernorth company, where they are responsible for leading product development. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Product Development at the same company. Earlier in their career, Romina worked at Bed Bath & Beyond as the Category Strategy & Insights lead and then as the Lead for Stores Portfolio Strategy and Transformation. Romina also gained valuable experience at Deloitte Consulting, where they worked as a Business Advisor in Talent Strategy. Additionally, Romina held several positions at Walgreens, including Senior Director, Divisional Merchandise Manager for Candy & Snacks, Director of Insights, and Senior Manager of Loyalty Customer Strategy. Romina began their career as a Manager and Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting before moving on to an MBA Internship at Target. Throughout their career, Romina has demonstrated expertise in driving sales and profit growth, developing customer strategies, and leading change management initiatives.

Romina D'Andrea completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania from the year 2000 to 2004. After that, they pursued further education and obtained their MBA degree with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2007 to 2009.
