Bill Rounsborg

Bill Rounsborg is a seasoned attorney currently serving as Of Counsel at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, focusing on engineering and architectural design, construction litigation defense, and commercial litigation defense since June 2009. Prior to this role, Bill gained extensive experience at White and Steele, P.C. in civil litigation and professional liability defense from November 1997 to June 2009, and served as a Senior Trial Attorney in the Tax Division of the United States Department of Justice from August 1991 to May 1997. Bill started their legal career as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court in Wyoming from August 1990 to August 1991. Educational qualifications include an LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a JD from the University of Wyoming College of Law, along with a BS in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Wyoming.
