Neena Dutta

Neena Dutta is a seasoned legal professional and business leader currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of CMC Construction NY Corporation since October 2023. Dutta is actively involved in the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO NYC) as the President Elect and VP of Membership, while also managing Dutta Law Firm as Principal Attorney specializing in immigration for individuals and corporations since December 2012. Additional roles include Co-Counsel for McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, and ownership of The Brooklyneer. Dutta has held various leadership positions within the American Immigration Lawyers Association, including serving as an elected Board Member and Chapter Chair for the New York Chapter. Academically, Dutta received a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York Law School and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Seattle University.
