Chris Willis Pickup

Chris Willis Pickup is a Partner and Head of Charities and Social Ventures at Mishcon de Reya LLP, a position held since January 2023 following the merger with Taylor Vinters, where Chris served as Charities and Social Ventures Partner since March 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Litigation at the Charity Commission for England and Wales from November 2013 to March 2018, and working at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a Senior Associate, Associate, and Trainee Solicitor from August 2006 to October 2013. Chris holds a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Law from King's College London and an MA (Oxon) in Modern Languages and Literature from the University of Oxford, along with additional education at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
