Lena Kearney

Lena Kearney serves as the Group Transformation Director at Mishcon de Reya LLP since April 2017, leading significant transformation initiatives to enhance business operations through strategic, operational, and technological changes. Prior to this role, Lena was the Head of Business Solutions, where oversight of transformation initiatives resulted in improved efficiency and scalability, and the Strategy Manager, advising senior leadership on strategy and operational enhancement. Earlier experience includes a role as Management Consultant in Business Transformation and Implementation at PA Consulting Group and positions at the Financial Ombudsman Service, including Executive Advisor and Adjudicator. Lena holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The College of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Southampton.
