Pedro Henrique C. A. Martins

Pedro Henrique C. A. Martins is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in group actions and cross-border litigation. Currently, Pedro serves as a Partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP since January 2024, and also holds positions as Co-CEO and Board Member at Somos since January 2020. In addition, Pedro is the President of the Latin American Institute for Collective Justice - ILAJUC. Previous roles include Partner at PGMBM (now Pogust Goodhead) and Mid-Level Associate at Demarest Advogados, where expertise was developed in infrastructure projects, regulatory matters, and litigation. Pedro has also contributed as a Mediator in Brazil’s largest mediation program following the Fundão dam collapse and gained international experience through a foreign internship at Herbert Smith Freehills.
