Shannon Mullen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and fundraising management. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Services at MDS Communications Corporation since February 2006, Shannon specializes in strategic planning and management of telephone fundraising campaigns for leading non-profit organizations such as Operation Smile, Feeding America, and Habitat for Humanity.
