Bianca Rosa has extensive experience in software development and IT support, currently serving as a Junior Software Development Analyst at MDS Group since June 2019. In this role, Bianca focuses on troubleshooting API-related issues between suppliers and insurers while ensuring integration stability using .NET Core and Entity Framework. Prior positions include a Mid-Level Systems Analyst, where skills in SQL Server query construction and system training were developed, and a Junior Systems Analyst, who played a key role in the implementation of the ITSM Topdesk system.
