Sergio Joaquim

Sergio Joaquim has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and service delivery, holding key roles across multiple organizations since 1993. Currently, as the IT Infrastructure Coordinator at MDS Group, Sergio provides expertise in IT infrastructure management and leads a team of technical specialists. Previously, at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Sergio served as IT Service Delivery Manager and was responsible for ensuring IT services met customer expectations while also managing infrastructure in Brazil and Chile. Prior roles include Development Manager at Icatu Seguros, IT Infrastructure and Architecture Coordinator at ThyssenKrupp CSA Siderúrgica do Atlântico, and various positions at Hewlett-Packard and Telemar Norte Leste, among others.
